Supply chain, fulfilment and packaging all need addressing and a strategic approach we can deliver would be an ideal outcome. We would anticipate a period of research and analysis on both the business and options available to Hence in the market and then a presentation on the route that could be taken to reach our goal and advisories found from research. This could potentially be 80+hrs work we would suggest or reduce with experience/insight from the course or any other recent projects.
Scientific study preparation for UK based food supplement product
Hence is looking for a scientific study on the Greens stack supplement, this would be a project to define the research question or objective. This could include assessing the supplement's effects on antioxidant and adaptogenic activity, as well as potential health benefits in healthy individuals. The study should be designed with specific inclusion and exclusion criteria for participants, a randomized controlled trial design, and appropriate outcome measures. The study should also take into account factors such as dosage, duration of supplementation, and potential interactions with other medications or supplements. A potential literature review to determine the current state of research on the ingredients in the Greens stack supplement. Finally, it is important we work with researchers to obtain appropriate ethical approvals before conducting the study and to ensure that the study design is robust and unbiased to ensure that the results are scientifically valid and reliable.

We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. The project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base. Compiling relevant market information. Building a customizable outreach script. Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success. The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Solution Competitive Analysis

We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our sales pitch & USP. This project will include: An identification of our current competitors An identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry who may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
