Students will design a global sourcing and supply chain management plan for a food supplement product with 13 ingredients. They will prioritize sourcing close to farms and tracking the carbon footprint. The project will include regulation and legislation research and a road map for future sourcing, procedures, and supplier requirements.

Deliverables

  2. Identify potential suppliers close to farms for each ingredient
  3. Evaluate suppliers' sustainability practices and track record
  4. Create a carbon footprint tracking system for the supply chain
