Supply chain, fulfilment and packaging all need addressing and a strategic approach we can deliver would be an ideal outcome. We would anticipate a period of research and analysis on both the business and options available to Hence in the market and then a presentation on the route that could be taken to reach our goal and advisories found from research. This could potentially be 80+hrs work we would suggest or reduce with experience/insight from the course or any other recent projects.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) could: Develop depth of understanding in customer segment and align marketing strategy to suit Educational marketing solutions that can be either evergreen or developed to continue to produce content Instagram & Facebook focused marketing including reels, stories and native content - planning and development Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Potentially develop social media videos to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Competitive Analysis

Number of individual students required: any OR Number of students required to work in team: any It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: An identification of our current competitors in the UK market An identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry who may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
