The company was founded by Juno Award winning K-pop music producer/product designer/educator Elmo Chong and K-pop songwriter/developer/designer Andrew Choi, who are spearheading an exciting new phase of iterative growth towards product market fit. To elevate successful outcomes, Sonical.ly has enlisted an elite board of advisors that are accomplished experts in AAA gaming and Venture Investing . These advisors include: Charles Huang: Music game legend and founder of the Guitar Hero franchise. Jungwon Hahn: Former Managing Director of Blizzard Entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a love for music/games, possess a diverse marketing & growth skillsets and have a natural empathy to help solve real pain points for potential users. This person is patient, has excellent time-management skills, and practices an effective communication style. Areas focused aligns with our project and will focus on research gathering and connecting students with relevant contacts for support Phase 2: Project Execution Phase (about 70 hours) Conduct a full competitive landscape analysis Identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where we can differentiate from our competitors. Perform pricing analysis and proposal pricing options for our glasses. Look into various marketing approaches for our specific visually impaired customer base and identify the best marketing approach to increase visibility about Seleste. The final project deliverable is a written report detailing the above information and your recommendation on the value proposition Seleste can bring to the market.

DLA & Associates Inc. is in the process of developing a line of novel functional foods with medicinal benefits. The novel products will include protein bars, stick snacks, and porridge mixes. We want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. The research will include: Industry size and market potential for each product category Creating a brand persona and development of brand elements Target market research and communications strategies to reach the target segments Competitive landscape and SWOT analysis for each product category Strategic positioning of our brand, packaging considerations including product renderings The final project can come in the form of a report on a selected topic: market size and potential for the products of interest, marketing communications strategies for a product under consideration, SWOT analysis for a specific product, and packaging strategies for a selected product. The company plans to engage a group of students to work on this project. Students can pick certain areas of the projects in accordance with their interests and competencies.

The main goal of this project is to improve the copywriting on the website and sales page for Brazily Fitness using powerful sales psychology and compelling brand messaging. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching Brazily Fitness and understanding their mission, goals, and products. - Analyzing the existing website and sales page copywriting to identify areas for improvement. - Developing compelling copywriting that incorporates powerful sales psychology and brand messaging. - Testing the new copywriting and making improvements based on feedback.
Marketing Strategy for Creative Asset Management
We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our audiences for our artists. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for each artist. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our artists? What social media channels should we utilize? What messaging should we use? We are seeking a student with a passion for the music industry. The student will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing & promotion strategy to enhance the online presence of our artists. The project requires a creative thinker who can leverage digital platforms, social media, and industry trends to maximize exposure and engagement.
