This course is a skills-based advertising and promotions course offered to second-year students through the Business Administration Department at our college. The students come from a variety of backgrounds and programs and can offer insight from a mixture of perspectives. Students will use this opportunity to apply what they've learned for the following: Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy assessment and tactic development for a specific problem, campaign, event or scenario. We would love to partner with a company who has a spring event or promotion campaign that we can build the tactics for.
Creating HR Job Descriptions & On-boarding Materials

In this opportunity, Business Administration students from Lethbridge Polytechnic are looking to create HR job postings for your organization. Students from our program want to work with your company to create job descriptions for new and existing positions. Our students are equally capable of working on a specific aspect of the HR process (anything from job descriptions to pay considerations) or end-to-end postings. Our students are trained in a variety of techniques and activities utilized in acquiring, developing and maintaining a highly effective workforce. Concretely, they have learned about all aspects of hiring, for details see the next section. Students are able to incorporate and operate effectively in light of various environmental challenges such as government policies, demographic trends, and organizational trends.
