Impact Measurement

This internship will directly support our core impact of: SDG 8 in our effort to boost the economic output of the nonprofit sector, SDG 9 in our corporate giving innovation to reduce turnover, boost engagement, and corporate purpose, SDG 11 in supporting sustainable communities with thriving nonprofits, and SDG 17 in supporting partnerships between companies, nonprofits, and governments.
Strategic Prospecting, Marketing, and Sales
Number of Students: 1 team of 12 persons (Individuals are welcome to apply and we will assemble the team) Term: 6 weeks starting as soon as possible To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. The project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base. Compiling relevant market information. Create marketing emails to result in sales conversions. Building a customizable outreach script. Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
UX/UI Design

Do you have a background or interest in user experience design or user interface design? We’d love to see what you would do with our flagship web-app. Put yourself in the shoes of a user experience designer working for our company, and give this page a complete refresh. If you were redesigning this page to increase conversion rates, visual appeal, clarity, and customer delight - what would you change? This can include adding or removing elements from the page, adding interactive or animated features, changing the customer journey from this page, and/or completely redesigning the look and feel. Outcomes Your challenge submission can be an interactive mockup, flat wireframes, a functional website, a photoshop file - whatever gets your vision across.
