Regarding the data analysis, it was an interesting experience for me to interpret a questionnaire with a complex structure. My increased familiarity with analytical software allowed me to uncover additional insights. By combining this data with other datasets that my team worked on, we were able to identify the key characteristics of early adopters. When determining market strategies, we considered a wide range of ideas. However, our primary focus was on reaching the ideal customer personas and key stakeholders. While the strategies we suggested may be challenging for a start-up to execute, they are the most effective and efficient for reaching your target audience. These strategies provide more impact compared to traditional methods like direct email or display advertising. Personally, this project gave me an opportunity to challenge myself and develop new knowledge and skills over the past three months. I learned how to create a 3D exhibition model and manage the report layout to ensure that we delivered a clear and detailed report to you. The initial phase, where we analyzed the datasets and conducted interviews, was time-consuming but enjoyable. We wanted to present every detail we uncovered, but had to balance thoroughness with being concise. In the second phase, we used our findings to develop two distinct go-to-market strategies. We also included practical suggestions to make these strategies feasible for a startup, though both will require an initial investment.
