The experience was challenging but rewarding, and it has certainly helped my team and me grow both personally and academically. The initial phase, where we analyzed the datasets and conducted interviews, was time-consuming but enjoyable. One challenge we encountered, given the academic requirements, was staying within the word count while including all the key data and insights. We wanted to present every detail we uncovered, but had to balance thoroughness with being concise. In the second phase, we used our findings to develop two distinct go-to-market strategies. Our goal was to be as creative as possible, setting our ideas apart from competitors while targeting the ideal customer personas and stakeholders. We also included practical suggestions to make these strategies feasible for a startup, though both will require an initial investment.
