These should have a lens on the future of work and leading practices/thinking. These will be used with our clients, should be practical, professional, and thoughtfully designed for impact and ease of use.
This initiative will provide great learning opportunities in the future of work space, working with a senior executive who will act as a mentor. It will also provide experience in corporate/professional writing.
- Use research skills to find best practices and pull out most relevant information
- Think in a structured way to design the processes, tools, templates, user guides, surveys/assessments if applicable, etc.
- Use strong writing skills and ideally graphic design or ability to display information in an attractive way
- Apply a great attitude and eagerness to learn
My Head of Communications and Sr Consultant will provide active coaching and mentorship on soft skills as well as technical skills. I will share subject matter expertise and thought leadership. If this person is located in Toronto, I will invite them for interested learning events where they will build their network. If not in Toronto, I will share regular virtual learning opportunities as they arise.
