The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive business plan tailored to SEEDA, a company focused on reducing the environmental footprint of projects while positively impacting costs and socio-economics. The business plan will be used to raise capital and apply for provincial and federal grants, and will cover all aspects of the company's operations and development. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Gathering information about SEEDA's mission, goals, and products from various employees. - Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the target customer and market landscape. - Developing a detailed product/service plan and marketing strategy. - Creating a financial plan including sales forecasts, income projections, expense budgets, and break-even analysis. - Outlining the management team, critical risks, offering, and exit strategy in the business plan.
