However, challenges arose from consistent updates, encompassing alterations in color schemes, general layout, and information preferences. Despite these challenges, effective communication channels were established, contributing to overall success. I would suggest that co-founders ensure alignment, particularly in situations where one might miss a meeting, as this is where most of our communication challenges surfaced. This recommendation aims to enhance coordination and communication for smoother project management.
