Communication Processes in Healthcare

We are currently experiencing a challenge with communication flow in our center. We have 3 major divisions (residential service, therapy services and educational service) and our nursing staff is expending too much time and effort on communicating effectively to the right people in the right division at the right time. We would like students to analyze our challenge and provide actionable recommendations for process and communication improvement, while remaining HIPAA compliant.
