We are currently experiencing a challenge with communication flow in our center. We have 3 major divisions (residential service, therapy services and educational service) and our nursing staff is expending too much time and effort on communicating effectively to the right people in

the right division at the right time.

We would like students to analyze our challenge and provide actionable recommendations for process and communication improvement, while remaining HIPAA compliant.

Learners will need to evaluate the current communication norms, systems and process,

perform a variety of analyses, and provide their actionable recommendations in a report form.

We will be available for frequent communication with students on the Riipen platform, as well

as weekly meetings as needed.
