Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: Where should advertising be targeted for the target demographic? How can the current or new social media channels be optimized (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok)? Where can ads be placed to conform to the project budget and be maximally shown to the target audience (i.e. billboards, bus stops, etc.) What marketing should be used in different scenarios (i.e. the beverage description on the bottle itself, etc.)? We also want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. The research will include: Target market research Social media ad optimization Industry size and market potential Competitive landscape Strategic positioning of the brand (potential billboard locations, budgeting for strategic positioning, increasing brand presence for the target demographic) We will also need help creating promotional materials (i.e. flyers that will be distributed to the target demographic), ad campaign ideas, etc.

The main goal for the project is to perform a market research using secondary data to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) associated with the fertility treatment market. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Gathering global population data of females broken down by age - Analyzing projected population growth over the next decade or more - Researching the percentage of the population that currently undergo IVF - Projecting the population over the next decade - Collecting data on the current cost of IVF treatment, specifically the cost breakdown of drugs - Categorizing drugs used in treatment by active ingredient, price, and percentage market share
