The main goal for the project is to perform a market research using secondary data to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) associated with the fertility treatment market. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Gathering global population data of females broken down by age

- Analyzing projected population growth over the next decade or more

- Researching the percentage of the population that currently undergo IVF

- Projecting the population over the next decade

- Collecting data on the current cost of IVF treatment, specifically the cost breakdown of drugs

- Categorizing drugs used in treatment by active ingredient, price, and percentage market share

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive report on the global population of females, including age breakdown

- A detailed analysis of projected population growth over the next decade

- A report on the percentage of the population currently undergoing IVF

- A projection of the population over the next decade

- A breakdown of the current cost of IVF treatment, specifically the cost breakdown of drugs

- Categorization of drugs used in treatment by active ingredient, price, and percentage market share

Final deliverables should include:

- A written report presenting the findings of the market research

- Visual representations such as graphs and charts to illustrate the data

- All source materials used for the research

Will provide coaching and feedback as required, meeting twice a week to provide project guidance and directions.
