Main Goal: The primary objective of the Wouessi TenderTech project is to design and implement a streamlined, tech-driven solution to optimize the entire tender management process. Students will research, analyze, and reimagine the existing tender workflows at Wouessi Digital, focusing on enhancing efficiency, automation, and ease of use. In addition to the technical solution, students will develop key procurement documentation such as RFPs and RFQs to ensure the process is compliant and aligned with best industry practices.
