Ingredient Tracking and Sales Database System
Auntie Enterprises Inc. requires a robust database system to efficiently track ingredients purchased from various suppliers. The system should record purchase dates, quantities by weight, and the specific recipes in which these ingredients are used. Additionally, it should track where the finished items are sold. The project aims to integrate this data with popular e-commerce platforms like Square and Shopify, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility. The database will be cloud-based, providing scalability and remote access. This project will enable Auntie Enterprises Inc. to streamline their inventory management and sales tracking processes, ultimately improving operational efficiency. Key points: - Track ingredients from various suppliers. - Record purchase dates, quantities, and usage in recipes. - Track sales of finished items. - Integrate with Square and Shopify. - Cloud-based storage for scalability and remote access.
Shopify development
The purpose of this project is to update the existing site to create an engaging Shopify store for both retail and business customers that will increase sales and revenue. This will involve several different steps for the students, including, but not limited to: -Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. -Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. - Converting specifications and mock-ups into fully functional solutions. - Modifying and updating the current site to incorporate new features and enhance the UI/UX design. - Implementing SEO optimization & enhancing strategies. - modifying pre-existing templates per predefined brand guidelines. - Creating unique, strong, and inventive front-end user experiences. - Ensuring a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimize the shop for overall efficiency and functionality. - Testing and debugging the site regularly to improve performance. - Increasing conversion rates by optimizing the website. - Adding meta tags where necessary. -Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.
Graphic design for multi-channel marketing of a new beverage line
Auntie Enterprises Inc. is a company focused on developing new brands in new verticals. Based in Vancouver, the company specializes in ecommerce, marketing, design, new product development, supply chain and logistics. We source products both locally and internationally with a view toward sustainability. We are looking for a student to help with the creation of new graphic design assets for our Drynken line of beverages which includes a line of small-batch roasted craft blend coffee, loose-leaf teas and dairy-free hot chocolates. This will include: Creating graphic design assets within our colour themes and branding guides that build on our existing logo and branding for our product labels, marketing materials, booths and websites, such as retractable banners, website banner ads, illustrations, or infographics.
