Optimize the performance and learning experiences of your employees. How? Our students will design innovative training modules using the Learning Experience Design (LXD*) approach. Why now? Now more than ever, employees are looking to be inspired and people are key to the success of your organization. We are excited about our 6-month certificate which will follow the process and flow of LXD professional practices... taking your learning modules from ordinary to extraordinary! It combines traditional instructional design principles with user experience (UX) principles, in order to create effective and results-oriented training interventions that captivates a learner's attention across different mediums, includes motivational strategies, and reinforces knowledge retention and application.
