performance management business consulting management consultingThis Fall, the Bryan School of Business and Economics students will analyze the task performance of employees performing the same role or collaborating on the same team. Based on the performance gap* you identify, each team will deliver three things:
- Two to three potential diagnoses
- Three possible solutions
- A recommendation with action plan
*Actual performance is lower than desired performance in some way.
Learners
Student groups will submit a written report diagnosing the problem, recommended solutions, and action plan.
Optional: Each group will also complete a 20 minute presentation highlighting important findings and recommendations moving forward.
