Storytelling - Website Writing - Carib.Farm

Storytelling is how people make sense of the world. The techniques and delivery methods of good storytelling may have changed over time, but the power of storytelling moves us and provokes connection. We would like to work with students to handle the writing/editing and digital storytelling for our Social Enterprise Startup - Carib.Farm.

"Zero Main Inc" Website Development

Our new sustainability company needs a continuing web presence. We would like to continue building our new website by coordinating with previous Riipen Level-up students who are working on the merchandising and live casting components. Tasks include testing live cast camera compatibilities with web-based platforms, adding new products to the website and improving the advertising of those products. Students would also need to know of WooCommerce, Elementor in addition to site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. Students will need to read prior Riipen student project exit reports to suggest and implement ways of improving the website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools for new tasks identified by company leadership and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable given current website set up. Improve on the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Provide training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
