Creation of Real Estate Reels from existing pictures and videos of properties

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have several photo files that need to be converted into Reels/ still moving pictures with music playing . This will be a typical real estate property feature video so that prospective tenants to watch this video instead of viewing the building in person. we also have 14 videos that need to be worked on to better tell a story of each unit that is featured in the unit. This project can lead to the creation of more content and Reels moving forward. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Real Estate Real Presentation using interactive virtual technology

We are looking for assistance with taking our existing power point slides to make them into an interactive presentation meaning: 1. making a pre-recording of the presenter reading through all slides while charts/graphs/stats are displayed on the screen 2. Integrate pics and catchy designs for the slides presentation. 3. We only have 7 mins to deliver the message… so we need help to fit as much virtually appealing info in the presentation as possible. 4. Design of the catchy stats/graphs ect.

IT tips and tutorials to optimize business use of FB IG Linkedin and other SM

We are seeking individual (s) who are very experience with various SM platforms where real estate investment businesses tend to thrive (such as FB IG, LinkedIN etc) to help our company optimize our use of social media platforms . Person must be able to use zoom/Teams etc to screen share and help to navigate a member from our team through the various features to use in different SM platforms to learn how to operate and thrive in the various SM platforms
