Our company wants to explore new ways of sharing our app through social media in the form of storytelling. We would like to collaborate with students to create videos that explain our service. The videos will seek to tell stories of our company’s journey, customer journey and commercials creatively.

The main goal for the project is to filter and sort existing Hubspot CRM contacts into relevant leads, update contact information for relevant leads or collaboration contacts, and research recent activities in their business or industry trends to facilitate outreach. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Learning about AYD Internet Marketing's existing CRM system and contact management processes. - Filtering and sorting existing contacts in the Hubspot CRM to identify relevant leads and collaboration contacts. - Updating contact information for relevant leads or collaboration contacts. - Researching recent activities in the business or industry trends of the relevant leads to facilitate outreach.

Our Library hosts thousands of patrons every year, online, in-person, at our programs and events and using our resources. We make a concerted effort of media and messaging to reach our patron base, but stand to revamp our marketing strategy in the midst of an institutional communications overhaul planned for next year. The Library seeks 1-2 students to help us build a strategic marketing plan to grow and engage our target market. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our current marketing goals and strategies. Familiarizing themselves with our offerings and priorities, to understand who we are and what our goals are. Researching how Salt Spring Islanders perceive our institution and marketing. Recommending new channels and methods we should use for promotion. Identifying an appropriate budget for advertising. Objective: The main objective is to conduct thorough market research on the immigration industry in targeted major cities in Canada and the USA, based on current research priorities (For example: Toronto, New York, etc.). Tasks: Students will identify and catalog potential partners from various sectors, such as: Legal Services Housing & Real Estate Agencies Insurance Companies Employment Agencies Education Services Etc. Deliverables: A detailed and organized list of potential partners in the targeted cities within the company’s CRM system. A report with insights and recommendations for potential partnerships. Outcome: This project will enhance the company's network and support future collaborations.
