Develop the business structure for EKnow Solution Inc. online training portal

What is the primary goal of this project? This project aims to create a business plan for E Know Solution Inc.  Erik and Christiana, a brother and sister team, started E Know Solution Inc. In their years in the workforce, they had both noticed the pain most businesses face with new hires, and it is two-fold: relying on the searchability of new hires to locate the knowledge for day-to-day and uncommon tasks, and if they find the manuals will they be able to understand the text fully. Another critical issue is the lack of skilled employees with the time to train. For every hour a new hire is being trained by someone, the company is paying over double the price for that task while the trainer is also not performing their tasks, which they are being billed for.  Being a start-up business E Know Solution has the motivation, experience, and skills to develop a top-notch Online Training Portal for all types of businesses. The portal provides a simple place for your team to educate new hires on company policies, procedures, and uncommon tasks simply by accessing a digital device. Our specialty is visualizing text manuals so new hires can watch how these procedures are performed in real-time. It is also an excellent way to update current employees with new company protocols. A basic description of the portal's structure is that the material is located online, can be accessed from anywhere, and will be structured in short modules based on the task. Each module will contain interactive media, videos, and photos on the procedures set up like course material; they will walk the learner through each step until the task is completed correctly. Every completed module will be rewarded with badges and certifications. The goal is to make E Know Solution an industry leader in creating an affordable online visual training portal for small to medium businesses in Alberta and Western Canada.

Students should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
