We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are working on rebranding Elan Healthcare and need to update all our digital materials accordingly. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications for our clients. This position can turn into a part-time position and then a full-time position depending on the success of the candidate. The candidate will learn a lot about the non-profit sector and fundraising in general. This includes building a competitive landscape for our company and providing analysis of the competitors, conducting user testing on our company's new product and providing an analysis on the results, and providing best strategies and best practices to determine our target audience and determine where to find them, as well as building a sales closing document/pitch to increase sales.
Outreach Referral Program for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.
The main goal of this project is to increase referrals for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.'s addiction and mental health treatment services. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and identifying potential referral sources such as doctors, lawyers, hospitals, businesses, detoxes, and rehabs. - Contacting potential referral sources using our company number barn app, emailing them, and following up with them. - Developing an incentive program to encourage referrals, such as offering a referral commission of $500-$1000 per referral. - Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of the referral program.
Funding Opportunities for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc
The main goal of this project is to generate more funding opportunities for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. This will involve researching government grants that the company qualifies for, preparing grant submission documents, and applying for the grants. Additionally, the project will involve researching impact investors who are able to invest in Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc, and then pitching the company's pitch-deck to them and getting funding from them. This may involve using platforms such as Dealium and LinkedIn.
Electrical Circuit Design for a Medical Device
We are developing a biosensor for various chronic diseases. Currently, we are looking for a team of students who can get involved in a smaller part of the project where we need to develop the mechanical assembly along with the required electronics and software. The goal of this project is to improve upon a currently existing and operational (but not optimized) electrical system within a hardware product and assist in the assembly and testing of a new electronic hardware product. The product is a smart injector with sensors and a microprocessor for drug delivery. We hope the student will learn more about electronics design, testing protocols, and quality assurance. The improvements will be evaluated by a number of factors including safety of the design, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, simplification (reduction in component numbers or size), and quality of components/suppliers chosen.

The main goal for the project is to increase SEO and improve organic traffic to the Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. website through the creation of blog posts focused on mental health and addiction treatment. Customer Engagement Emails for Tutoring Company
The Progressive Centre is a tutoring agency based in Durham Region, ON. It provides 1-on-1 or group tutoring for students in grades 1-12. The Progressive Centre only works with math and science and the majority of our clients are high school students. We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing target audience. Currently we use Hubspot to send our emails to customers. Currently our target market includes parents with school aged children. Our current email campaigns are not consistent and usually have less than 20% open rate. We would like to increase this to at least 40% if possible. We believe with regular, engaging campaigns, we can achieve this goal. We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, services. Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails. Currently our campaigns exist of information about tutoring or providing educational content for parents for their children. For example, our last campaign provided study tips to help students with their math and science emails. Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails. The student will work towards securing funding to support Keep6ix’s initiatives and projects. Familiarize yourself with Keep6ix’s mission, goals, and ongoing projects and identify potential grant opportunities that align with the organization’s goals and projects. Craft compelling grant proposals tailored to the identified opportunities. Develop detailed project budgets aligned with the requirements of the grant applications Review and finalize grant applications, ensuring they meet all submission requirements and deadlines. Submit applications to relevant funding organizations, adhering to their specific guidelines. Track the status of grant applications and document any feedback or responses received.

As we are preparing to launch our product, one crucial aspect that will help us benefit from financial support from investors is building potential future partnerships through letters of intent.
