Events Marketing Intern
Weβre looking for a student to help us source, curate, develop, and implement an Education Days Grief and Bereavement event. we hope to increase awareness and nurture engagement around the grief and bereavement industry in BC/Yukon. This will be a 1 1/2 day event where speakers, presenters and training will take place and discuss grief and bereavement with those in the field. The student will be responsible for supporting our Education and Program Coordinator in building the marketing and sponsorship strategy to bring attendees and funding to the event in early fall. The Event Marketing Intern will help and support the Education and Program Coordinator in the following tasks: 1. Define goals and objectives. 2. Establish an event budget. 3. Build your events volunteer team. 4. Develop event branding. 5. Plan your program. 6. Confirm sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers.
