Learners will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, completing 280 hours of placement between July and December 2023. Our learners have completed courses in the following areas: Marketing Visual Merchandising Adobe Illustrator Accounting Economics Buying Textiles Sewing Apparel Marketing and more! EMPLOYER EXPECTATIONS: Employer commits to making the placement a valuable and meaningful learning experience by delivering the following: Work with the learner in developing learning objectives/goals Ensure the learner receives adequate supervision, regular guidance and is given the opportunity to learn the job. Sign off on the learner's weekly hourly reports. Provide the learner with constructive feedback during the placement and help them develop skills for their future careers Complete an evaluation on the learners’ performance at the end of the work term
