Operations Management Internship Manage a project and/or help to run operations for: Launch and market a new podcast Launch and market a new YouTube 'station' Are you interested in turning our vision into reality? All of these projects are well-formed and just need a go-getter to 'make them happen'. Do you like to jump in and 'get the job done'? Tasks may include marketing/promoting, market research, writing and communication, social media coordination, reaching out and booking appointments with the target audience, coordinating with other team members, and more, all while keeping everything organized through the discipline of project management. General Purpose: Preparation of materials and completion of specific projects, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The intern will learn best practices in marketing, communications and artist management from experienced staff.

Developing a Marketing Strategy for Project: Human City

The goal for this project is to develop a marketing strategy for Project: Human City, which includes user/audience research, social media plan development and promotion design. This role includes but is not limited to partnership curation, supplychain creation and promotional program development.

Website Development

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Creating new pages for the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Reviewing and updating old web pages to ensure consistency of information. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending potential upgrades or features that can be included in the website

Legal Educational Website Development

The website will focus on simplifying family court processes in Ontario and providing valuable information and resources to individuals navigating the family court system. We are looking for students to play a role as the scrum team’s project manager. A student in this position will understand the logistical aspects of the scrum team’s projects and <Insert other info> . Students in this position will overlook the scrum team’s project through a logistical lens Students will help facilitate the scrum team events and ceremonies. The student will play a key role in helping the project manager create a more efficient work process.
