We would like your students, within our current software platform, to develop a set of workflows that reacts to specific keywords when the tenants are creating a Maintenance Ticket. For example, if a tenant indicates they have no power, the workflow response will ask the tenant to check their fuse or breaker panel, or if they have a water leak, the workflow response will tell them to turn off the main water supply to that fixture, etc.
(1) Analyze current project system and produce a report indicating suggestions for most types of maintenance requests (categories of plumbing, electrical, windows, pest control, landscaping, etc)
(2) Create new Workflows in the software based on the suggestions listed in #1
Full online access to our software platform, our data, and students will be given their own access (username and password).
They will also have full support by our maintenance team and maintenance manager for supervison and feedback.
