The main goal for the project is to enhance brand presence, improve customer engagement, and increase sales through ensuring consistency in brand image. The intern will be responsible for implementing the revamped brand identity in all platforms including: social media communication, promotional content, and affiliate partnerships.



Deliverables

This will involve several different key activities for the intern, including:


  1. Developing communication skills by interacting with customers through social media and crafting engaging social media content.
  2. Creating persuasive promotional emails to boost sales.
  3. Implementing and maintaining brand identity guidelines across channels.
  4. Developing negotiation and relationship management skills through affiliate outreach and partnership discussions.
  5. Enhancing data analysis skills by interpreting marketing metrics and identifying trends.


Deliverables that the intern will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:


  1. Social media engagement reports
  2. Promotional email drafts and performance analysis
  3. Affiliate progress reports
  4. Final presentation of activities carried out and impact on the brand


Mentorship

The intern will receive support and mentorship:


  1. Communication skills development: The team will offer mentorship to hone the intern's communication skills, particularly in responding to customers on social media channels and crafting engaging content. Encourage active participation in community management to foster engagement.
  2. Copywriting and Persuasion Techniques: Guidance to develop persuasive copywriting skills for crafting compelling promotional emails. Provide feedback on drafts and encourage experimentation to refine their techniques.
  3. Brand Identity Implementation: Facilitate access to graphic design software (CANVA) and provide guidance on implementing and maintaining brand identity guidelines across channels. Offer opportunities for hands-on experience in creating and editing marketing materials to ensure consistency and attention to detail.
  4. Affiliate Partnership Management: Involve the intern in affiliate outreach initiatives and partnership discussions. Provide guidance on negotiation strategies and relationship management to foster productive collaborations. Offer insights into performance tracking and optimization strategies to maximize results.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Offer training on data analysis techniques and tools, with a focus on interpreting marketing metrics and identifying trends. Provide access to reporting tools and software for effective presentation of findings. Encourage regular reporting and analysis to monitor project progress and inform decision-making.
