We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the majority sales process, prospecting, booking demos, conduct market research, and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calls, cold emails, networking events, LinkedIn, lead generation tools, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations..
  • Book product demonstrations
  • Create marketing and sales reports
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience or willingness to learn sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Please note that this role does not include software demos.

Deliverables

The sales prospecting and demo booking project aims to identify and engage potential customers for a product or service, and schedule demos or meetings with them to further discuss their needs and how the product or service can meet those needs. The project will involve researching and building a list of potential customers, reaching out to them through various channels (such as email or phone), and tracking and managing responses and scheduling demos or meetings. The goal of the project is to increase the number of demos or meetings scheduled, and ultimately, convert more potential customers into paying customers. The expected outcome would be an increase in revenue, and an improvement in the sales process.

Mentorship
  1. Provide training and resources: Offer training on the specific tools and technologies that will be used in the project, as well as any other relevant sales and marketing skills. Provide access to any relevant resources, such as industry reports or case studies.
  2. Establish clear expectations and guidelines: Clearly communicate the project goals, milestones, and deliverables, as well as the expectations for communication, progress tracking, and team collaboration.
  3. Offer feedback and guidance: Provide regular feedback and guidance on the students' progress and work, and help them identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide access to mentors or industry experts: Connect students with industry experts or sales professionals who can offer guidance and advice, and provide real-world context for the project.
  5. Support team collaboration and communication: Encourage and facilitate communication and collaboration among the students working on the project, and help resolve any issues that may arise.
