The main objective of this project is to onboard a diverse network of skilled photographers in the UK and USA to support VistaBee's growth in the digital storytelling space, specifically for the real estate industry. Photographers will be responsible for capturing high-quality imagery that showcases properties in an engaging and professional manner. The project will focus on scaling our capacity to provide consistent, premium visual content for real estate clients as we expand our services. Tasks and Activities

1. Onboarding and Training:

• Photographers will participate in an onboarding process to familiarize themselves with VistaBee’s visual style, quality standards, and specific requirements for real estate photography.
• Training on using VistaBee’s tools for uploading, editing, and managing visual content will be provided.

• Learners will be assigned property photography projects in their local area (UK/USA) based on demand.

• Capture a specific number of high-resolution images for assigned real estate properties. Each assignment typically requires:
• Exterior shots: Front view, backyard, building façade, and surroundings.
• Interior shots: Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any unique property features (e.g., fireplaces, balconies, etc.).
• Ensure photos are well-lit, aesthetically pleasing, and meet VistaBee’s quality standards (which will be outlined in the training).

1. Editing and Post-Production:

• Depending on the assignment, photographers may need to lightly edit the images (color correction, cropping, etc.) before uploading.
