Details

My company is a travel agency that markets travel to mostly seniors, baby boomers, and gen x. As our customers are getting older, they are starting to take less vacations and looking for more staycations, especially the older generations and those with high school and college age children who don't have as much disposable income to spend on vacations.

We are trying to open up our travel services to new markets including Millennials and early Generation Z. (anyone born from 1980 to 2000).

What we need is someone or a team who can study these generations and tell us:

1) The best products to market to these individuals (cruises, all-inclusive resorts, active vacations, eco-tourism, etc)

2) That the people in these age groups want most from the types of travel they are looking for

3) What is the best way to market to these groups.
