We want students to help us build a marketing strategy and a plan suitable for our target market, which seems to be mostly driven by direct sales.
The plan could, but does not have to, include recommending updates to our current messaging and branding that can better resonate with our market, as well as an execution timeline & budget plan.
Final deliverables should includes
- A marketing strategy + optional but very helpful to have one-page summary of key strategies
- A marketing plan + optional but very helpful to have a quick-to-scan one page summary
- Optional: Recommendations on execution timeline, budget, etc.
- Optional: Recommendations on updating our messaging and branding
- Feedback: including 1-3 things the company or its representative can do differently to better support future students on Riipen)
Students will connect directly with a dedicated representative for support throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our products and services
- Competition
- Market
- Previous SWOT and other research reports and data
- Other research data and information needed to jump start the project
