Last Fall I had the Capstone Project write new Leasing Software from scratch. This is Part 2. There wasn't enough time to create a reporting function which is still needed for me to fully use this software replaced by a large excel spreadsheet. I require the ability to generate and print reports (using the information already in the software) such as Contact Lists, Rent Roll, and Key Fob List and be able to customize these reports (ie Suite order or alphabetical order). Additionally, the Letter Template system also needs some refining. I need a template that can more easily be customized for the leasing letter creation. I am also open to other improvements on the site as discovered or suggested. Ability to understand how this custom software has been written and work with this framework to create new features, specifically how to code reporting functions and practice how to improve functionality of current systems which were recently created by other students. Additionally, in February when I have my huge leasing letter project I will be thoroughly testing this new software for the first time (annual project and reason for the creation of the software) so being on hand to problem solve and fix any issues that arise would be very helpful.
