With the increasing demand for reliable low-carbon energy solutions, the widespread deployment of Small Modular Nuclear Reactors (SMRs) is anticipated worldwide. In particular, AI will require gigantic amount of power that utility companies will not be able to provide. Our objective is to get a better understanding of how data centers work to tailor our services.

To achieve this, we are seeking to collaborate with students who can assist us in conducting market research.

The research project will encompass various steps, including:

1. Outline the different types of services that data centers provide
2. For each one of these services describe a typical facility
3. Describe the power and cooling requirements

Bonus steps:

1. Determine how SMRs could be deployed

Final deliverables should include

• A final report
• A presentation

• Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project (min. weekly meeting)
• Will provide high-level consulting skills training
