Details

Aviatrix has used a psychometric valued based segmentation model that has provided valuable insight into the client's customers through a number of projects. We want to understand how to incorporate and market the use of this value profiling within the research industry. The psychometric testing is based on the Maslow hierarchy of needs and creates a detailed outline of the users valued based actions and behaviours. In partnership with the company Cultural Dynamics, we have a profiled thousands.

Deliverables

Key aims/objectives:

1. Conduct competitor global and local research into psychometric value based testing to understand the availability and how unique it is as a segmentation market research tool (we will provide a list of companies to explore)

2. How can we integrate this into our different platforms like Trixtalk and Aviatrix marketing e.g. videos, illustrations, animations, interviews, case studies, use as an understanding yourself tool? (information about our platforms will be shared)

3. Discuss and report on the experience of working as Transenders and Now People (valued based profiles) and how that could be applied to research projects.

Mentorship

We will be supporting students via regular team discussions regarding research projects and methodologies we use through regular feedback and coaching. As well as sharing any additional information they may require to complete the project by granting access to various tools the company uses for projects.
