The main goal for the project is to develop and implement a comprehensive Human Resources strategy for InPower App, a start-up company focused on providing a safe and supportive online environment for women and non-binary individuals. This will involve creating HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's mission and values, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


- Conduct a thorough analysis of the company's current HR needs and challenges.


- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.


- Create a comprehensive employee handbook that reflects the company's culture and values.


- Design and implement training and development programs to support the growth and well-being of the company's employees.


- Establish a system for managing employee benefits and compensation.


- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.


- Develop a strategy for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.


- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
