Website update and maintenance:
- Collaborate with Meet the Motivators to identify specific updates required for the website, such as content revisions, design improvements, or functionality enhancements.
- Optimize the website for user experience, ensuring easy navigation, clear information presentation, and responsiveness across different devices.
Website performance analysis:
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to set up tracking on the website.
- Collect and analyze website performance data, including metrics such as page views, unique visitors, bounce rates, conversion rates, and referral sources.
- Generate reports and provide insights on website performance, identifying areas of improvement and potential opportunities to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Email list collection and management:
- Design and implement strategies to collect email addresses from website visitors, such as through newsletter sign-up forms, gated content, or event registrations.
- Integrate email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or others with the website to automate email list management and segmentation.
- Regularly maintain and update the email list, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and providing opportunities for subscribers to manage their preferences.
Students will work closely with Executive Director, Jacqueline Dixon who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. "Payment by funder C$1,400.00"
