The main goal for the project is to generate 10 paying clients for OneDrug's smart point of care technology products. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching the target market and identifying potential clients in the healthcare industry.


- Developing a marketing strategy to promote OneDrug's products to potential clients.


- Creating a sales pitch and presentation to showcase the benefits of OneDrug's technology.


- Engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present the products and negotiate deals.


- Following up with leads and closing sales to achieve the target of 10 paying clients.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A detailed report on the target market and potential clients identified.


- A comprehensive marketing strategy outlining the approach to reach potential clients.


- A sales pitch and presentation materials to be used in client meetings.


- Documentation of all client interactions and progress in the sales process.


- Signed contracts or agreements with a minimum of 10 paying clients.



Final deliverables:


- A final report summarizing the entire client acquisition process, including challenges, successes, and lessons learned.


- A presentation showcasing the journey from identifying potential clients to closing deals with 10 paying clients.
