The goal of this project is to collaborate with our team to develop a comprehensive disability-focused training program for our organization’s employees. This training program aims to educate employees on best practices for inclusivity, accessibility, and support for colleagues with disabilities. Additionally, the project involves reviewing existing internal policies and recommending enhancements to ensure they align with the principles of inclusivity and accessibility. By the end of this project, learners will have created a training module and a set of policy recommendations that will help Project: Human City maintain a more inclusive workplace.
