The LulAI platform is a cutting-edge tool designed to assist retailers in managing AI-powered customer assistants. However, feedback has indicated that the current user experience and interface could be improved to better meet user needs. The goal of this project is to enhance the platform's usability, navigation, and visual design, ensuring a more intuitive and seamless experience for users. By focusing on these areas, the project aims to reduce user frustration, increase efficiency, and ultimately improve satisfaction among retailers using the platform. The project will involve analyzing current user interactions, identifying pain points, and implementing design improvements that align with best practices in UX/UI design. This will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge of user-centered design principles and interface design techniques.

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive report detailing the current usability issues and proposed design improvements.
