Nature’s Zeal is a Social Enterprise, Ontario’s Wellness Centre improving Women’s sleep and wellbeing. Our practices are based on extensive research, practice and results. The results have included significant improvements in sleep quality, weight loss, increased energy levels, overall immunity and well-being - both mental and physical.  


Nature's Zeal is looking to scale up its operations and increase revenue by exploring new growth strategies and market segments.

The project involves analyzing the company's existing revenue streams to identify potential areas for growth. Additionally, the project will require an investigation into potential new markets or customer segments that Nature's Zeal can target.


The goal is to develop a strategic plan that outlines new revenue opportunities and practical steps for implementation, as well as a comprehensive market entry strategy tailored to the identified segments.


This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge in business strategy, market analysis, and revenue growth techniques to a real-world scenario.



Deliverables

Tasks for learners/experts to complete this project include:


  1. A sales strategic plan outlining new revenue opportunities
  2. Practical steps for implementation of the strategic plan
  3. A market expansion plan with targeted strategies for reaching and engaging new customer segments.
  4. A presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations.
  5. A detailed report documenting the analysis, strategies, and implementation steps.


Sign non-disclosure agreement prior to the start of the project.

Mentorship

Learners will be provided support in 3 different ways:


  1. Executive Mentorship - Both the Co-Founders of Nature’s Zeal and the senior team are seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs. They will be available for mentorship to the learners.
  2. Weekly one-on-one update meetings: The learner will have one-on-one access to their Manager on a periodic basis for the progress of the project and to discuss current and future tasks.
  3. Health and Wellness support: Learner will have access to our programs as part of the staff discounts to help improve their own health and wellness.
