The goal of this project is to build a plan and identify grants and funding for VAULT Maritime's North America Training Program. This program will offer in-the-field project training for new and experienced trades interested in accelerating their learning and bringing their knowledge back to North America. The learners will be paid for their work abroad.


Deliverables

The tasks that need to be completed to achieve the project goal include:


- Researching grants and funding available for this space.


- Identifying potential candidates for the program.


- Developing a plan for the program, including a timeline, budget, and objectives.


- Creating a recruitment strategy for the program.


- Developing a training program for the learners.


- Developing a system to track the progress of the learners.


Mentorship

Learners will have direct access to all team members involved in the project on the Vault side and also with the international company providing the experience for the trades
