We would like your students, within our current software platform, to analyze, optimize and determine the best strategy/system(s) for running our entire renovation projects.
(1) Analyze current project system and produce a report indicating suggestions for a new project management process
(2) Provide a step by step procedure and process for our company staff to follow, to manage our renovation projects using our existing software
Full online access to our software platform, our data, and students will be given their own access (username and password).
They will also have full support by our maintenance team and maintenance manager for supervison and feedback.

We find and screen residents, collect the rent, provide all of the repairs and maintenance and give our clients peace of mind.
