It was a pleasure to work with the students from the University of Aberdeen. Their commitment to the project and the quality of the work produced was excellent. The breath and depth of their knowledge was impressive. I've worked with other student groups before but this group far surpassed my expectations.

This experience has been incredible. The commitment to the depth, passion and detail of the work produced by the researchers has been truly wonderful. I set some challenging skills based tasks and all of them were more than achieved. In my research about mental health influencers and a global map of world approaches to mental health support an extraordinary conversation and level of insight emerged around the concept of sustainable humans and how cultures create a dependency dynamic versus and empowerment dynamic of wellbeing. This project has developed a tremendously useful body of resources and seeds for further inquiry for my business. I'm very thankful for the team and their openness to the research and their commitment to acting as a focus group themselves with my work. Their feedback has been hugely important from a diversity standpoint. A truly worthwhile exercise that enriched all of our understanding about how to support our own mental health.

I am writing to provide feedback on your program based on the recent sustainability report and audit project completed by your students. Firstly, I would like to comment on the evident success of your program. The student's work was of a very high standard, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of sustainability in a business context. They showcased a range of skills, including analytical thinking, strategic planning, benchmarking, communication, and presentation skills, which are all crucial in the business world. This was particularly impressive considering sustainability was not an area of study for the students, and the placement was treated as any real-world business project would be; the students had to stand on their own and deliver meaningful work on this project. Your approach to teaching clearly emphasises real-world application and hands-on experience. The students were able to apply their knowledge to a new - real-world - practical project, demonstrating their understanding of the content they studied and their ability to use this in a current business context. I appreciated the selection process you went through to ensure the best-fit students were engaged on this project - this clearly paid off for us. I really enjoyed the level of communication and engagement in the project from the students, I do believe your selection process positioned the project for success from the start. Your program is doing an excellent job of preparing students for their future careers. The skills and knowledge they are gaining are clearly evident in their work. Thank you for allowing your team of students to work on a real area of improvement for our business and making a difference, something we would not have been able to look at internally for at least 12-18 months.
