Requirements

A group of 5 junior and senior level students will spend 100+ hours analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of your organization’s external communications strategy.

Students will produce suggestions and recommendations surrounding your business’s key messaging, as well as a plan for implementing their ideas. A strong social media strategy can help your organization provide rich customer experiences, increase website traffic, and gain valuable customer insights.

The social media plan will outline how to either build on what you’re currently doing, or improve your current plans, including suggestions like tools for social, frequency of posting, content types, hashtags, etc. for each social media platform you are working with.
