B2B Sales Process Optimization in Children Education

Our company is hoping to improve our B2B sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating a sales process handbook.

Children Virtual Education Research and Implementation

Number of individual positions available: 1 Amidst COVID-19, a lot of opportunities for virtual education opened up. We're looking to research and have a student or team help us learn the best ways of teaching and educating children. We'd like the help from students to conduct the lead generation process to find new prospects, create market funnels that will make our enrollment process more efficient. Student will also help us envision what children education will look like in the future and what are better strategies of teaching children, especially online.

Web application for Abacus mental math and musical sound

Number of individual positions available: 5 Amidst COVID-19, a lot of opportunities for virtual education opened up. We have been delivering our children mathematic-based training program online over the past two years. Goal of the project: To develop an online accessible digital platform that supports linking musical tones while using a physical Abacus. The tool will stimulate an increase in the ease and speed with which young children mentally solve the simple mathematical operations of addition and subtraction. Project Objectives: · To support the use of musical sound in conjunction with visual Japanese abacus (Soroban). · By the end of this project , we expect to launch an accessible, online learning system using a digital abacus and sound available on most computers or mobile devices.

UI/UX for Children Online Education System

We have been delivering our children mathematic-based training program online over the past two years. We are also looking for students with UI/UX experience to help with the design of our online application for use by young children and teachers in our virtual classrooms.
