This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the development of our talented team.



The primary objective of this internship is to expose students to the realm of Human Resources. Interns will actively engage in tasks related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration, contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Deliverables
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and programs.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.



Mentorship

Students will be provided with training documents and have direct feedback from the management team as they work through their tasks.
