We would like to collaborate with students to launch a digital product to be featured on the e-commerce section of our website. The current assessment is housed on a third-party platform, and we would like to build our own assessment that is embedded as a digital product on our website.

At Motivators.io, we provide HR Consulting, Talent Assessments, and Career Coaching Services. On the assessment side, we collect insights on the top reasons why employees choose to join, stay with, or leave a job or company.

These insights enable companies to make smarter investments in the programs and services that truly matter to their employees.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Converting a spreadsheet into a digital product.
• Design and development of the SW application
• Coding the logic behind an assessment to deliver personalized insights
• Lead the UI/UX of the Digital product for assessment takers.
• Lead the UX Design for the e-commerce experience on a Squarespace website
• Integrating payment partners, including a user-friendly payment experience

• Experience working within a start-up / scale-up environment
• Experience building a digital product from ideation to implementation
• Coaching and mentoring support (we are Certified Career Coaches)
