- Analyzing the current booking trends and customer preferences.
- Developing a marketing strategy to target potential guests/renters.
- Optimizing property listings on various rental platforms.
- Researching and implementing pricing strategies to attract more bookings.
- Advertise current promotional materials and content to showcase the properties.
By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- Creation of promotional materials and content,
-Leverage current company materials to promote upcoming summer booking season in new destination markets.
The student will supported by the leaders in two departments. One is the Business Development Manager, and the second will be with the Guest Service Manager. As the projects will be over seen by one of the owners, the Managing Partner.
